Take the adventure at your own pace

Taking a break. You can pause the activities whenever your family needs to. You do not need to complete a task, send a photo or ask us for permission. The daily adventure emails continue on their planned South African schedule.

Picking up again. Start with the activity that feels right for your child. There is no race and no need to finish everything at once. Taking an activity break does not restart the email sequence or change your start date.

Missing an email or unable to open a file? Check the grown-up’s inbox, spam and junk folders, and search for Fairytopia. If it is still missing, email [email protected] from the address used for your purchase. Tell us your order reference, the adventure day and which email or file needs help. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or photographs of your child.

Your downloads. Use the download buttons in your adventure emails; no account or email verification code is needed. Download and save your files. For 90 calendar days after Day 7, Fairytopia provides free download help, including missing adventure emails, broken links and replacement files after reasonable order verification. Standard download links do not automatically expire individually, but permanent online access is not promised. Downloaded files may be kept for the licensed child’s personal use only and may not be shared among siblings. After the 90-day support period, goodwill recovery may be available for up to 12 months after purchase, subject to order verification and file availability. Keep the links private: they are for the enrolled child and must not be shared with another child.

More than one child? Each child has a separate paid enrolment, start date and set of materials. Please tell us which enrolment needs help. A support request for one child does not change another child’s adventure. We will check the correct enrolment before arranging a replacement for a confirmed delivery problem.
