I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and accept Fairytopia’s Terms of Purchase, Child Licence, Privacy Notice, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Adult Supervision Notice. US$10 once-off purchases The Awakening Garden for one child and one selected age pathway. Each additional child requires a separate purchase. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Every email and download goes to the grown-up.

During onboarding, I choose Start Tomorrow or Choose a Start Date for delivery of the digital adventure materials. If I expressly request digital delivery or performance during an applicable cooling-off period, my right to cancel without reason may be limited once performance begins, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights. A full refund is available when cancellation is received before Day 0 is released, with no cancellation or administration fee. Verified duplicate payments are refunded; incorrect age pathways and missing or unusable files are corrected or replaced first. A full refund is provided if Fairytopia cannot supply the purchased product correctly.

No child details are collected at checkout. Guardian authority and consent for the limited child information are collected separately during onboarding. Marketing consent is optional and separate. Files may be downloaded, used on household devices and printed in reasonable replacement copies for the registered child. Files may not be resold, uploaded publicly, used commercially or shared with another child or household.
