How The Magic Works
A little magic arrives each day
The Invitation Arrives
Choose Start Tomorrow or Choose a Start Date. After payment and completed child details are verified, Start Tomorrow provides the Day 0 preparation pack straight away. For a chosen date, Day 0 arrives at approximately 06:00 South African time on the day before Day 1. All adventure dates and delivery times use South African time (SAST, UTC+02:00). Every email and download goes to the grown-up.
Livvy Opens The Fairy Door
Livvy welcomes your family and reveals that something in Fairytopia needs your child’s help—with every step guided by their grown-up.
Each Day a New Discovery
Days 1–7 arrive at approximately 06:00 South African time on consecutive days. Overseas local times will differ. Each day brings another part of the story, a new discovery and a screen-light activity to enjoy together. Emails continue automatically while your family enjoys the activities whenever it suits you.
The Finale
At the end of Day 7, your child discovers what their care, courage, creativity and belief have helped awaken. Your grown-up Completion and Thank-you Email arrives at approximately 17:00 South African time on Day 7.

The Magical Finale & Keepsakes
A magical finale and an age-appropriate completion title: Little Explorer (ages 4–6), Fairy Helper (ages 7–9) or Keeper of the Magic (ages 10–12). Keepsakes include the Awakening Garden Storybook, a fillable certificate, the standalone Awakening Garden Adventurer badge and an Adventure Memory Page. Your grown-up adds the child’s name to the certificate.
Everything is designed to help the grown-up create the magic without unnecessary stress. For 90 calendar days after Day 7, Fairytopia provides free download help, including missing adventure emails, broken links and replacement files after reasonable order verification. Standard download links do not automatically expire individually, but permanent online access is not promised. Downloaded files may be kept for the licensed child’s personal use only and may not be shared among siblings. After the 90-day support period, goodwill recovery may be available for up to 12 months after purchase, subject to order verification and file availability.

Without a printer, read the letters on screen and enjoy the imaginative activities without cutting or printing. Maps, keepsakes and activity pieces work best when printed.

Your child’s creations stay with your family. No photo, upload or activity submission is required. Day 4 includes an age-appropriate message from Livvy in the adventure email; no submission is needed to receive it.
No Failure, No Falling Behind
Activities are invitations, not tests. Families can take an activity break, continue later, revisit earlier days or choose indoor alternatives. Scheduled adventure emails continue during an activity break.
